2. How We Process Your Data
Ephemeral Processing: Your images and audio are sent via encrypted connections (HTTPS) to our AI processing partners (e.g., Replicate).

No Permanent Storage: We do not store your uploaded images or voice recordings permanently on our servers. Once the AI task is completed and the result is delivered to your device, the source data is automatically deleted.

No Data Selling: We do not sell your personal data, images, or audio to third parties.

3. App Permissions
To function correctly, Lumina AI requires the following permissions on your device:

Gallery/Storage: To allow you to pick photos for editing and save the final results back to your device.

Microphone: Required only for the "Voice Edit" feature to record your spoken commands.

Internet Access: Necessary to communicate with our AI servers for image processing.

4. Payments and Subscriptions
All financial transactions are handled securely by the Google Play Store. Lumina AI does not collect or store your credit card numbers or billing addresses. Your subscription status is managed via your Google Account.

Replicate API: For image enhancement, background removal, and voice-to-text transcription.

Google Play Services: For app distribution and in-app purchase management.
