  2. Collection of Your Information We collect minimal data necessary to provide our medical coding services.

Audio Recordings: We access your microphone only when you explicitly tap the “Record” button. Audio is recorded temporarily to convert your speech into text.

Uploaded Files: We access files (PDF, TXT, etc.) that you explicitly select from your device storage to extract text for coding analysis.

Device Data: We may collect information about your mobile device (e.g., device ID, model, and operating system) to manage your subscription status and ensure app stability.

  1. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services To provide instant ICD-10 and CPT coding, we utilize third-party AI services.

Data sent to these services is transient. We do not store your patient data, audio files, or transcripts on our own servers. The data is processed solely to generate the response and is then discarded by our app after the session ends or when you clear it.

  1. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All generated reports, transcripts, and saved PDF files are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

Security: We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) when transmitting data to our AI partners for processing.

  1. Payments and Subscriptions

We use Google Play In-App Billing to process payments for the Premium subscription.

We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Google.

  1. Permissions The app requires the following permissions to function:

Record Audio: To capture speech for transcription.

Storage (Read/Write): To upload medical notes and save generated PDF reports to your device.

Internet: To communicate with AI services and validate subscriptions.

  1. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. This application is intended for use by medical professionals.
